We recognize that women often take care of others first and rarely take the time to nurture and care for themselves. Many women are exhausted and overwhelmed and have lost their spark. When women take a time out to rest and rejuvenate there is no end to what they can contribute to others and the world.

We know this is not rocket science (duh!), but many smart women fail to do this. So, we created myDuh to make it easy for women in all phases of life… teens, professionals, stay at home Moms, retirees, divorcees and women in transition to reclaim their peace and ignite their passion.

How do we do this?

We create the space, time and tools for you to delight yourself, use your skills and have fun. Sometimes a day at the spa is just not enough. Women like to connect and learn from others. Because women are unique, we offer a variety of retreat options in beautiful and relaxing settings throughout California, Arizona and Maui.


My Duh founders and retreat leaders, Carol Scofield and Janice Knight, are pros at helping others relax, rest and wake up. This dynamic duo each has a Masters degree in fun, passion and enthusiasm at the University of Life and are happy to share what they’ve learned. Carol brings her many years of experience as a professional speaker, radio talk show host and trainer to the mix, as does Janice, a certified life coach, seasoned human resources consultant and trainer.
