Janice Knight

Janice has personally coached over 200+ professionals, leaders, business owners and individuals in transition to identify and produce the results they desired (e.g., money, more time, less stress, business outcomes), identify and let go of limitations, build skills and confidence and become more satisfied, happier and less stressed.Her contagious enthusiasm, authenticity and a passion for helping others inspires those who come into contact with her to want more for themselves….and get it.

Janice is a certified senior human resources professional (SPHR), certified Co-Active Personal and Professional Life Coach (CPPC) and Certified Dream Coach (CDC™) with 20+ years of experience working with people. She loves working with women and thus was inspired to partner with Carol Scofield to create myDUH, an organization providing women retreats in beautiful settings to help them reclaim their peace and ignite their passion.

To enhance her ability to serve her clients, Janice has completed advanced training classes at The Coaches Training Institute and Dream Coach U. She is also a member of the International Coaches Federation and the Graduate School of Coaching (Coachville) and Society of Human Resource Professionals.

Janice has been a Grass Valley resident for 16+ years, has 5 children and 6 grandchildren. Her purpose in life is to be a fountain of Creativity, Passion and Enthusiasm, in service to others.

Carol has presented training programs and keynote addresses in more than 40 states throughout the U.S., most provinces in Canada, and South Africa, England, Scotland, and Australia. She brings 25-years of combined experience in management, international training, public speaking, and talk show hosting, to all her projects. She is also a certified facilitator for Dr.Steven Covey’s “First Things First” seminar; Dr.John Gray’s “Men Are From Mars, Women Are From Venus” seminar;and Jack Canfield’s “Chicken Soup for the Soul” seminar.

Carol brings her many years of experience as a professional speaker, radio talk show host and trainer to the mix, as does Janice, a certified life coach, seasoned human resources consultant and trainer.
