Janice has personally coached over 200+ professionals, leaders, business owners and individuals in transition to identify and produce the results they desired (e.g., money, more time, less stress, business outcomes), identify and let go of limitations, build skills and confidence and become more satisfied, happier and less stressed.Her contagious enthusiasm, authenticity and a passion for helping others inspires those who come into contact with her to want more for themselves….and get it.

Janice is a certified senior human resources professional (SPHR), certified Co-Active Personal and Professional Life Coach (CPPC) and Certified Dream Coach (CDC™) with 20+ years of experience working with people. She loves working with women and thus was inspired to partner with Carol Scofield to create myDUH, an organization providing women retreats in beautiful settings to help them reclaim their peace and ignite their passion.

To enhance her ability to serve her clients, Janice has completed advanced training classes at The Coaches Training Institute and Dream Coach U. She is also a member of the International Coaches Federation and the Graduate School of Coaching (Coachville) and Society of Human Resource Professionals.

My Duh founders and retreat leaders, Carol Scofield and Janice Knight, are pros at helping others relax, rest and wake up. This dynamic duo each has a Masters degree in fun, passion and enthusiasm at the University of Life and are happy to share what they’ve learned.
